We had a great stay at the KOA in Temecula. Well, not really that special but wow do they have a lot of activities for young families! Golf carts, pools, train rides, minature golf, restaurants with music, etc. Also lots of people, kind of crowded, loud music, etc. We didn't need all these activities as we were just there to see a new region of California and to refresh before preparing for the last leg of our adventure.

Yes, it was the day for laundry and and to see what the city provided. We found the cutest laundry mat in town and it did all that was required. Across the street was the local history museum where Liz had a great visit and learned about the long history of tattooing

among local indigenous peoples, and later by independent women of all kinds of means in the 1800s and early 1900s.

Finally we needed to get a bit of nourishment and found this platter of food which tided us over for the night. Would be fun to return and spend a bit more time here but not too much. :)
